NOW we get the trailer? There have been poor youtube videos of it for over a week since you first announced this DLC so the trailer was 100% done a loooooooooooong time ago. Why exactly was it kept from the fans all this time? The most appropriate words that come to mind are: what the hell?

That piqued my attention, too. I'm not Lel's biggest fan (of all the Origins characters, she's probably my least fave), but I think this DLC is interesting all the same. I'll definitely be giving it a shot.

Interesting that the dialogue system is gonna be like those brief sequences where you played as your non main character in the fade.



Wasn't sold on this DLC initially, but by the looks of it, the story potential is quite intriguing so I may just get it.

Will definitely get it, despite all the frustration with previous DLCs and patches... Ah, I don't have a spine, hehe.

Somehow Leliana looks older in the trailer than in the origins, though

If they manage to release the patch that fix memory leaks, dexterity bug and save corruption before or at the same
time as this DLC i will give it a shot

Why wouldn't she be? Corinne Kempa has a many great number of fans because of her part as Leliana. And I hope Bioware still have a lot of work for her, specially as our favourite Orlesian!

I liked the trailer but one question why is Leliana's hair in a ponytail? oh well i will be getting this DLC all the DLC for DA are worth it! we need some DLC for the Awakening that would be cool =)

I suppose the ponytail is supposed to indicate that this takes place when she is younger, younger than in Origins.

"Fully voiced" meaning what it actually is supposed to mean. Wow. Like the trailer, anyway, Leli is my fav and (aside from Morrigan) has the best back story. Yeah, I'm won over now.

It IS a very important loose end......the trailer was DONE when they announced this during E3 and everyone has seen proof of this and yet they kept it from the fans for over a week? Why wouldn't this be a rather important question? Everything else has already pretty much been said a thousand times in the other thread so I see no point wasting time typing the same things that have been said a million times already.

WHY didn't they just upload the video on the DLC or linked in the DLC page like the other DLC trailers when it was announced? They want us to anticipate the content and buy it but they deliberately keep the finished trailer from us? That's some major BS.

There are some crazy people that will complain if they win in a lottery! "That's it? Only 20 million? What the hell?"  or when the US wins an awesome match with a goal in the injury time, like yesterday's match... "That's it? Only one goal? What the hell?"

And we were given a free trailer, not a smart phone cam video like the ones captured in E3 that YouTube has for some days like you mentioned. What's to complain about it?

The trailer is an advertisement....a marketing tool designed to generate sales.....it's not something I view as "given" to us because in the end the costs needed to produce it....however small or large....were considered and included when the selling price of the DLC was set....it's part of what we purchase when we buy the DLC. It is a tool to inform and persuade the customers and the fact it was kept from the public for over a week makes little sense and seems suspicious.

Because that's what they've always done for every DLC?

One week: Announcement, Next week: Trailer and interview, and so forth.

The only difference this time was that it premiered at E3 where it could be leaked on the internet.

Seriously, dude. There are better things to complain about in the world. With your enthusiasm about how they're running their announcement of DLCs, maybe you should take over BP and fix the oil spill. Just saying.
