Wonderful, this will be a time-saver when my PC copy of DA2 arrives! I'll be sure to test it out.

Awesome! I didn't have a PC that could play Origins, but I recently upgraded and now my laptop can run DA2 at the highest settings. I really didn't feel like spending another 40+ hours on Origins when I really wanted to just get into DA2. At least this way I can import something close to my PS3 save game for my PC.

THIS IS FANTASTIC! I got a new laptop because my old one was stolen (I travel alot so a desktop is out of the question) and forgot to back-up my DAO save so THANK YOU for this! I was not really liking the pre-set options that much.

Great stuff. I've got my save for now, but I might want to tweak stuff for my next play-through.

Oh my god! I nearly got a heart attack.
Just a few days ago, I realized that my final "perfect" save somehow got corrupted (as in choices made, that I never did) when Morrigan told me, I did "not" do the ritual, in Witch Hunt.
Now all I have to do is using this little baby and everything will be fine! ;D

This seems to be a bug some people are getting, I'm not sure why yet. :(

well, it did generate a savegame anyway, I guess I just have to wait and see what it says in DA2... when this goddamn releasecheck will let me play it (still 3 hours away).

I have tested it and I'm using it in DA2 right now and so far it's working just fine!

There's one "bug" I've noticed with this. I created a save with the following choices:

- Morrigan's ritual wasn't performed.
- Warden killed the Archdemon.
- Awakening's Warden was an Orlesian, not an import.

My intent was to create a save where the DA:O Warden had died killing the Archdemon. In DA2, though, they talk about him as though he's still alive. Would it be possible to include some checkbox to select whether or not the Warden lived or was killed after slaying the Archdemon?

There is a known bug with the actual game where characters in DA2 use the wrong dialog based on the save you imported.  It could be that.

Off Topic, I know, but I never thought of seeing anyone call the Xbox like I do in general conversation :D

This is huge! I was very depressed to find I had forgotten to backup my more recent saves.

Woohoo!
