Mass Effect 3 Mulitplayer Character/Item reset, links and info inside - Need Support for many PAYING customers asap

Heres the problem...

Spend 20.00USD for 1600 Bioware points.

Spent 1600 points on 10x Spectre Boxes

Today I hit N7 rank 40... At this point I go to the store and spend my credits on another Spectre box then everything resets except my level. Now I have only basic guns and human characters only. I even got a new starter pack box. I have now lost 20.00USD and countless credits.

I contacted EA Origin live help - was told to contact bioware...

Get on bioware website sent to another EA help site where I finally got help on the issue. Was told to wait 24 hours for my bioware points but nothing about my credits... The person helping me told me it was a BUG and that i should post on these forums to bring it to attention. I saved our conversation and if needed posted or emailed please let me know. Would really like some information ASAP being as I spent money on top of money and time that is now all for nothing unless this get resolved.

I also lost a lot of bioware points due to this. Which EA help site were you sent to?

The first guy never sent me a link just told me to go to Bioware.com and i could find it. Just bought more points since im slacking so bad now compared to my friends didnt wanna hold them back anymore sigh.

I am also having this issue.
Spent some money on points bought out some 160 packs went back in and now all my gear is basic. Even the stuff i had before i used bioware points is gone. i bought one 800 pack and one 1600 pack and spent them all :P and now i am out all fo that with nothing to show.

I also had the same issue and same end result; wait 24 hours and I'll have my items back It has been 8 hours and nothing so I hope something will happen in the afternoon. What had happened was that I went into the store while a map was going to start. When I entered the match, I did not have any consumables but did have my weapons I selected. When the match ended, I ended up with two screens of the game at once. One was still in the store but had reset all my items (I.E. the recruit pack and BF3 pack was available). The other was the lobby of the group I was with. I decided to close the game to try again but the end result was the reset of all my items and race/character combinations. What is even weirder is that my current class/race is a Quarian Infiltrator but can not select it on the character screen. Also, I have the default weapons but with the mods I had with my previous weapon combinations. I can not changes the mods, either. I hope it fixes soon, I'm too terrified to play co-op without it freaking out due to these weird glitches.

Same situation. Spent $20 worth of Bioware points, and about 5 Spectre packs with credits. All of my stuff is gone.

No one seems to be able to help. Bioware tells us that they're looking into the problem. Will I at least get a refund? EA Live help did nothing for me. They told me to contact bioware. But they're just keeping us in the dark.

I refuse to play the game until the bug is fixed and I am either reimbursed for my loss or my items and chartacters are returned.

Stop keeping us in the dark, Bioware. Be blunt about it if you have to. Will we get our items back?

Almost the exact same story as all of you. Bought several packs, and now everything is gone.

And I'm pretty much doing the same as you Grubby, I'm not touching multiplayer at all. Just doing single player missions.

Starting to feel like EA/BioWare are really hurting their reps... while ME3 as a game is decent, all the crap surrounding it is just astounding... I hope this gets resolved somehow :/

I lost all my stuff too. EA live support told me to post here in the forums as well.
$40 down the drain =(

I'm so afraid to play multiplayer and lose all my stuff again...

Hey, jus found out that one of the GM's is going through forum's and taking Origin ID's and console info of people who had similar stuff happen. Chris Buzon. Here's a couple of forum links that he's visited so far.

Thanks. I just PM'd this guy. hopefully we can all get this resolved.

I talked to EA last night via EA live chat and I asked if they can just reimburse me my points but apparently they can't do that -_-

They saw I purchased the points too and used them AND reached out to them within 30 minutes of getting jacked. I really hope this gets resolved.

Alright people gonna browse the forums here in a second to see if anyone has seen anything or heard anything but it has now been 22 hours since I contacted both EA and Bioware and my stuff has still not been corrected unfortunately. Hopefully we hear something soon as I now contact both again.

Just happened to me. Lost everything, including my Black Widow sniper rifle... I'm actually a little shocked right now.

I purchased two lots of 400 points and one of the higher sets (either 1200 or 1600 I think), and now I've lost ALL my equipment, characters and weapons. Kept my character level, but that's it.

So... just got off the phone with EA customer service got a really helpful guy who let me know it is a known issue and is currently being resolved and I will receive an email when it is fixed/resolved.

Yep, same issue here. luckily I didn't spend anything, but my unlocks are gone. Hopefully Bioware pushes out a fix for this, and fast: multiplayer is essentially gone for me until they handle this.

Same. I bought 3 spectre packs. And one normal. This is Bogus imo. I had origin charge me twice for game had to speak to them 6 times(3 hours in their queue) to get resolved now this......
At least give us our money back IMO. My origin handle is eqzitara@yahoo.com

I myself have personally lost all my weapons and upgrades that have been purchased with both credits and money. This issue needs to be fixed or I won't touch multiplayer again.
