 At least that is the way it seemed; I took the chill evolution and it took forever using Cyro IV. Very disappointed.

Also, Marauders like to shoot while frozen/in the net.

Yes but normally on the FQE, an unshielded chilled enemy like a Combat Engineer burns to death nearly instantly. Was not the case though with the Vorcha.

So in other words nothing in this kit besides bloodlust is working right. Yeah bioware just does not give a ******* anymore.

Bloodlust seemed to work; that was about it though.

Going to bed now and then I'm off to work ...Maybe corlist will take a look at this before I can ... 

Anyway double damage vs chilled targets for incinerate should be pretty visible even without exact measurment tools ...

Well, looked again and it seems bugged for sure. I think with proper submission net and proper chill+incinerate he could be good but guess we will have to wait a week. Delay changes and bugged new character...no words.

If this is pre-patch incinerate, the kit is doa. Out of any dlc, I think this is the 1st time I've seen a character be unusable right out of the box.

Time to definally go back to Assassin's creed 3. This week's changes and release were so not worth it.

I looked very carefully and it does look like prepatch incinerate.

Well, you can always just make a Melee Build with Submission Net(it's not like you need the damage of it, just the CC) and max Weapon Damage.

Equip Claymore, Headshot All The Things.
