Description
This group is for those who feel the Dragon Age series should remain true to the following principles. I don't care what you call yourself or others call you -- "casual," "hardcore," "elitist," -- labels don't matter. But these principles do. If you believe in them, join this group.
1. Roleplaying is best possible when you can see and choose the words of your character, and have full control of the tones and emotions they express them with.
2. Companion interaction/dialogue should always be possible, except, of course, in moments or places where it doesn't make sense.
3. The focus of an RPG is building a character with the appropriate abilities, skills, and attributes/talents. For whatever tasks you think they are best suited or needed, which could be slinging magic, tanking ogres, "DPSing," healing, leading & inspiring others, persuading people, or controlling the battlefield.
4. RPG combat should be strategic and tactical, which means a) you should be using your cerebral cortex more and your twitch reflexes less and b.) victory should often result from (though it doesn't have to) planning and tactics, and having well-built characters who also synergize their efforts properly in your party.
5. There's nothing wrong with action-RPGs for those who like them, there's nothing wrong with Mass Effect being a different series that incorporates their mechanics more, but Dragon Age should not be made more like ME nor made more "action-RPG"ish.
If you agree with those five principles, please join.

Most Anticipated: Dragon Age: Inquisition
http://www.eurogamer...age-inquisition
I've always enjoyed the mystery and menace of the Fade, Dragon Age's twisted ethereal plane. It offers magical power, but it bites, fangs shaped as malicious demons ready to entice and deceive ambitious minds. And they do, and so the world fears magic for the corruption and destruction it tempts. Templars police the study and practice of magic but tensions, strained to breaking point, have snapped - torn by the events of Dragon Age 2 and the events of novel Dragon Age: Asunder. In third game Dragon Age: Inquisition, the world is at war. And the Fade is at the heart of it all, its demons threatening to spill through a great tear in the belly of the world of Thedas.
Who's to blame? What is the real evil at work here? Your job, as founder and leader of the Inquisition, will be to find out.
