Elven Support Group

I figured that since people all over BSN are going on or are already on media blackout until DA:I launches, we should have notify each other when we decide to go on media blackout.  I already know that Icy Magebane is on media blackout, as I'm sure many of you might be aware of too.

I'm planning going on a partial media blackout on the 11th before going on a full media blackout on launch (the 18th for me).  Might end up going on a full media blackout on the 17th, possibly the 16th, since I preordered DA:I through PS Store on my PS3, so I have the download date on the 16th and I might be able to play on the 17th, but really, idk for sure if I will be able to play a day early.

What about you guys?

I'm toying with the idea for a thread that we can use for MP meet-ups in DA:I.  Preferably, meet-ups would have mixed skill-levels so that those of us who aren't as skilled can get pointers from more highly skilled players.  Maybe another thread dedicated to the MP itself?

Though, there is a group for DA MP specifically (Link), but it's entirely up to you guys.  What do you think?

I've been thinking about this for a while and I decided that you guys all have my permission to create threads for your favorite elven characters.  I know that no one ever said that character threads weren't allowed, but since no one has been starting any, I figured that I might as well let you guys know that it's perfectly fine to create character threads.  

I've also been toying with the idea of having a thread where we can discuss everything else about the DA universe.  The Group Discussion section doesn't have to be 100% about elves, so I think that we should have a thread or 2 for non-elf stuff.  What do you guys think?

Thanks to Xil's suggestion, I've made this group private to avoid trolls looking at our threads.  I originally made the group public so that fellow elves and elf supporters who scan through the various groups on BSN would see this group.  I'll admit, it was a double-edged sword, but perhaps the risk is too great to keep it public, so, to be on the safe side, we are now a private group.

Welcome to the Elven Support Group!  Just some ground rules: we don't accept bashing people's opinions, name-calling, insults of any kind, and the like.  Anyone seen doing such will be kicked from the group.

Feel free to invite fellow elves and elf supporters as you wish and remember to have fun enjoying what you like best about our favorite Dragon Age race.
