This is where you will deposit or withdraw Likes.
How (I think) it works: Your account has around 50 Likes. These are numbered, and unique. You literally have Like #1, Like #2, etc, all the way up to Like #50. They have a simple ON/OFF switch attached to them. When you Like a post, the forums check your account for the first available ON Like, assign it to the post, and flag that individual Like as OFF. 24 hours later, that specific Like will come off cooldown, and be available to you again.
Suppose you banked Like #13 here one week ago. Today it is available again, and you use it. It gets flagged as OFF. Then you run out of Likes for the day. You come here and withdraw Like #13. Like #13 is now flagged as ON again, and you can use it again. With this in mind, it is important not to withdraw Likes until you have run out, because if Like #13 was available already, then withdrawing Like #13 would not give you another one. You cannot have two Like #13's.
