I actually dragged my husband into Mass Effect 3 (PC) (I've been playing Mass Effect since the very beginning... all 3, over and over lol).  ME3MP was my first experience with multiplayer, and I've been hooked ever since. He plays a lot of different games (I've been told I should find a new one; why?), but some evenings we just fire up the PCs and spend some quality time saving the universe   We both have lots of hobbies; even tho we don't share them all, I'd like to think we support each other's interests... I can't imagine having to justify my gaming time (or my yarn stash... ).

Nothing really strange or unusual. No more or less low N7/CP scores then there have been lately anyways. Though I did have a PUG ask how he could get the N7 day banner, as me and one other PUG were sporting it, and if they still came with an item pack.

Kind of felt bad telling him he missed his chance to get the banner... good games, tho

Last night, in my hubby's lobby (we're in the same house, mind you).  Glacier Hazard / Cerberus.  I can see all of the enemies... except phantoms and turrets; those are invisible    (also invisible drone objectives).   Teamwork prevails, however, and by casting singularity where his Harrier shots were landing, we trapped more than a few of those cheating Cerberus.... (well, you know...    )

I finally maxed my manifest on my first account a few months ago, and the last 4 upgrades I needed were all Lancer.  I already have the Lancer I on my alt account, and I can't wait to get it up to X where it belongs... one of my favorites in the game!  Hang in there; it'll come eventually!

My husband and I play a few matches almost every day.  We've both been PC gamers a very long time, and started with The Sims and Tribes back when our computer (one computer, and boy did we have trouble sharing!) had only slightly more memory than our toaster    These days, we both have our own gaming rigs, and both computers are in the living room.  I'm more of a single player gamer (love the trilogy), but ME3 won me over... and I introduced him to ME3 MP.  Love gaming with him; it's way more interactive than t.v.!  And there's always friendly competition, but it's never serious... keeps us on our toes  

The DLC installed message is easily bypassed; just click OK and it will let you in the game. However, I've noticed a minor  "glitch".  When you log back into your original account and go back to a single player game in progress, any DLC weapons you may have had equipped will be removed from your loadout, and you'll have to re-equip them (went into a few missions with just a Predator because of this bug). Otherwise, I've had no problems.

I tried really hard to keep my N7 at 69. It was soooooooo dumb but it made me laugh!

 

I managed it for about a week before I unlocked a character card on a deployed class, and have been at 120 ever since. I will never promote again! 

lol... look at that newb with the N7 69... in gold, geez... another one?  Wait, how'd he get that Lancer X? lol

Playing with a new account is entirely different with some experience behind you. I played bronze / silver for a very long time, and after I was just comfortable with gold, my husband bought the game. So I played a lot of silver with him before he was comfortable with gold lol.  This time, (he bought a new copy with me at Christmas when it was on sale dirt cheap) we jumped into gold as soon as we had a few good weapons and mods.  So it seems to be going way faster    We could probably get there faster, but neither of us enjoys Plat much (too much of a grind).

Those fancy URs sure help, but a little experience can get you a long way, too. It's challenging to pick up those old, previously unused weapons (and characters) and give them another go.  And since we both got our alt accounts at the same time, the competition is fun  Also, we've decided to not promote the new accounts; we're going to leave our N7s at 120.  Just to mess with the pugs     After all, one BotB banner you never wear is more than enough....

I started an alt account as well.  My first account has a maxed manifest, and I thought it would be interesting to start over...  Did it the same way as Felicia.. I made a new Origin account, using a different email address, and purchased a new ME3 copy with that account (I think it was about $8 on sale). 

Having lots of fun (and more than a bit of frustration) with the new account... and playing with such a limited manifest makes me feel even scrubbier than usual...but It keeps things interesting!  Enjoy!

@Jeremiah... yes, each person would have to have their own copy if they wanted their own account... welcome to Origin

I remember that game. Thanks for saving my bacon in the last 30 seconds with that rocket. The second I started that dash for the EZ I knew I'd gone the wrong way. So many elbows and stunlock...brrrr.

Ah. That was a good game, though I can't remember how I did. It's as if every other game lately has been Geth for me...which is why I'm glad I don't use a mic. Geth make me cuss like a merchant marine.

I tend to play mostly pugs; playing with BSNers really is a different experience. Hope you didn't mind my dropping in; lolOrigin chat window didn't pop up until I had gotten out of the pug I was playing.  Thanks for the games; it was fun!

Hey, I do it myself all the time. If you see the orange button you can jump right in. You might land in a game I previously ninja joined though.

I already suspected that you were a BSNer when I saw your alternate banner. You should hide your missile launcher in the future so people recognize you as one.
