Finally finished my nightmare run with my Eostre Lavellan, archer and romancer of Blackwall. She's prime for Trespasser now.

And a close-up of my Cadash sword and board carta enforcer.

Some more shots I took. I think I'm pushing 190 hours in this particular game because I keep pausing and fly-camming about.

These feature my insanity archer Lavellan, Eostre at the Temple of Mythal and Arbor Wilds. I don't think anyone needs to worry about spoilage from these.

What spec did your archer go for? My only (very nearly) completed pt has been with a tempest archer. Next time I think I'll try artificer. I'm absolutely going to go with tempest for my daggers rogue when I make him. I've always loved assassin specs in the past, but for some reason this one doesn't jump out at me. I love the different effects from the flasks, though, and I think there will be a lot more use to be made of the frost flask with a melee character. And of course a thousand cuts is godly (even though they did patch the flask of fire/focus exploit, dammit!).

I went Tempest with Eostre and haven't regretted it. As an archer, she doesn't have much use for the frost flask. I normally rotate between fire and lightning on cool down. Thousand Cuts is indeed godly. I had no idea there was an exploit but I did notice that it wasn't hitting as hard I remember. That could also be because I am using one of the trials that gives random mobs extra abilities. On dragons it can be brutal. But so much fun.

I took a hiatus from Dragon Age until Trespasser came out and now I'm back and finishing my insanity w/ trials and screenshots (so much fun) run with my Lavellan archer.

@catabuca, 303!!! I think I am on that track myself. I may never finish because every step my inquisitor takes ends with me in fly cam, checking out angles. Also, that top picture with Iron Bull, just so lovely.

Thanks for the SweetFX advice guys. I will get it to work eventually. I would like to delve into portraits, but for now I will do what I can with what I have.

Shout outs to everyone for the lovely screen art. The last couple pages have been spectacular. 

I know the goal is to do all the setup and stuff inside the game, but I do like to mess around with the pix after the fact. I would like to share this one with the group. Some post shot contrast tweaking turned a muddy shot into something I really like. It also doesn't reflect at all what was happening in game. Still...

I can't seem to get Sweetfx to work in my game. I have it installed in the proper directory but I get no user interface to mess with settings. Am I supposed to have one or is it all done in .txt files? So, for now, I am stuck with DAItools. I'm having fun.

@xhyn, I am in the same boat. I'm using my nightmare play through as my screen shot play through. It's made nightmare surprisingly okay (I'm a baby!) and lengthy. lol

Thanks for the warm welcome, @catabuca! I've found Viv to be very photogenic. It's been fun playing around with the cinematic tools. I have cultivated an addiction to flycams throughout many Bioware games. I will share more screenshots as my archer girl moves through the game. It's my first play through on nightmare. Eek.
