Is anyone planning to make a Tevinter Imperium message board?

Due to the news that the Bioware forum will be closing, I wanted to say farewell to my fellow Tevinter fans. I was looking forward to discussing the next Dragon Age game. I'm also upset at the decision to close the forum, this place is the only place I go to for information. I stay away from all the other social media sites.

Maybe someone will make a Tevinter website or forum. I'd gladly join one if one was made.

The Tevinter human mage I was roleplaying did the following:

1. Let Morrigan drink from the well. The power was tempting but being a servant linked to an elven goddess/magister wasn't.

2. Had Leliana become the next Divine so the mages could be free.

3. Disbanded the Inquisition, since I roleplayed my character as an Old God worshipper. No way did I want my character to work under the Chantry. Death to Solas!

I can't:

-Drink from the well

-Let the Chargers Die

-Let a non-elf inquisitor ride a Hart mount

-Thanks to Trespasser I can't let any elf inquisitors talk about believing in the elven gods. Now I play them as Andrastian instead.

I will, especially if the game does take place in or includes Tevinter.

Someday I'd love to have full 1:1 conversation with an A.I. NPC in a video game but I'd be content right now reading scripted lines in a headset. It's fun to think about but who knows if it will happen in our lifetimes or not.

I would have liked to have heard comments/questions from party members on my choice of skyhold decor. Especially since I went all Tevinter as possible.

I was thinking the Grand Proving arena in Minrathous could be a good multiplayer area. Players could fight each other in PvP battles or team up against an a.i. enemy team. Or something similar as part of the single-player playthroughs.

I enjoy both. In Dragon Age games I love playing as a mage and in Mass Effect I love playing Renegade characters.

The first time I saw my mage Hawke I was very happy. I like to keep my characters alive if possible (when I do my mage playthroughs) so I saved Hawke and had Logain stay behind.

I found a way to play skyrim, play as one of the Old Gods. For me, it makes being the dragonborn more fun with an interesting backstory. I came up with the following but I'm open for ways to improve them so feel free to comment.

Dumat- (male) Become the Listener of the Dark Brotherhood and pick all the silent answers in the dialog, staying true to Dumat's nature. Kill Parthanax so his lordship falls to you, making you the leader just as Dumat is the leader.

Zazikel- (male) Use the Wabbajack to create chaos, just as Zazikel is the dragon of chaos. Open to more suggestions for this build.

Toth- (male) Since this is the dragon of fire, I suggest playing as a fire mage.

Andoral- (male) As the dragon of slaves, I recommend a necromancer build so you can use the dead as slaves.

Urthemiel- (confirmed male by bioware even though known to be female) Open to suggestions.

Razikale- (female) Open to suggestions

Lusacan- (male) As the dragon of night use Ebony armor. Join the thieves guild, Guildmaster armor is an acceptable substitute for armor.

I am a huge Old Gods fan and I was wondering if any of you guys came across this information about one of the constellations. For the description of the constellation Draconis the following says:

Called "High Dragon" in common parlance, the constellation Draconis is always depicted by a dragon in flight. Recently, it has come into question whether this was the case in the ancient Imperium. Most Tevinter dragon imagery was reserved for the Old Gods, so why would they dedicate a constellation to dragons in general when specific dragons were held in such reverence? This speculation is fueled by older drawings showing Draconis as more serpentine in appearance, perhaps depicting a sea creature or an unknown eighth Old God that was stricken from historical record.

It did feel like DAI had a short game cycle. I am looking forward to the new Mass Effect game but I'm more into Dragon Age then Mass Effect. I don't really rp my mass effect characters though like I do with tevinter characters. I usually make 2 mass effect characters, one male and one female, and one pure renegade and the other pure paragon so I can see the differences in play style.

The tough part will be having to wait a few years for a new dragon age game. >.>

Not an expert but I did a great deal of research on Tevinter to make my rp guides. Plus I'm obsessed with Tevinter anyway so it was fun to learn as much as I could.

New topic in Group Discussion on what you guys would like to see in the next DA game.

What do you guys want to see in the next DA game? Some of the things I'd like to see are:

-The City of Minrathous, including the Grand Proving Arena where players could participate. I love games with Arenas in them.

-A playable character from Tevinter

-Blood Magic as a specialization

-Dorian

-More lore on Razikale and Lusacan, the two remaining untainted Old Gods and optional participation to worship the Old Gods

-Better mage robes

-The ability to hit enemy's if they get too close like in DA 2, mostly thinking of people who play as mages and archers.

-Bring back healing spells and not have a limited number of potions

-Better A.I. for party members. I'd like to see them make more of an effort to avoid damage and to not pace while the main character is trying to talk to an npc

-The Ranger specialization for Rouges, that's my 2nd favorite after Blood Mage

Have to think of more later....

I normally recruit everyone but in one of my playthroughs where I rp a tevinter mage I didn't recruit Iron Bull.

Do you guys think Blood Magic will return in the next game as a player skill tree or will it be left out?

Hearing the term Serah in Dragon Age instantly reminds me of the dark elves from Elder Scrolls. They use that term as well.

I loved killing them as well. As someone who likes to rp a mage from Tevinter it really helped with immersion.

I would prefer Tevinter but I wouldn't mind Free Marches either.
