#13169446 short story of few Collector SMG's and fat Volus stealers

Posté par kamzor sur 10 novembre 2012 - 03:08 dans Multiplayer

The volus may not have a big fleet, but they have a pretty decent team of commands :P

#12240299 MassEffect3.exe isn't closing.

Pretty much as stated by others before before. 1x stuck MassEffect3.exe *32 process, seems to not want to die at all.

#11791755 Does anyone actually use the voice chat?

Posté par kamzor sur 03 août 2012 - 09:14 dans Multiplayer

I use both, but much prefer to use teamspeak in favour of the in-game voice chat when possible.

Voice chat alternatives work much better than the in-game and also allow you to keep talking when the game borks for reasons unknown, disconnects and the like. This of course actually works in dedicated gamer groups when it comes to ME3MP and much less so with random games.

But if you do play with friends a lot, try using alternatives to the in-game voice chat and hear the difference, then have fun while playing.

Enemy tracking in this game is outrageous. In a recent match I just played, I witnessed an Atlas rocket pull a 180 degree U-turn in midair just to hit me while I was using SS.

As vanguards have noticed since for ever <_<

#11457645 Would a Realtime Allied Objectives-Remaining Ticker motivate you?

Posté par kamzor sur 15 juillet 2012 - 03:25 dans Multiplayer

It would help getting goals done. And it would feel more like a game and less like an obligation. But it shouldn't be too exact. Some crude gauge that would effectively lie to you all the time, but still indicate the goal has or hasn't been met, but wouldn't tell you it was met until it was met some chunk past the amount, say 5 or 10%. It would rile people up near the end of it for sure.

#11351920 Reccomend me a Vanguard build

Posté par kamzor sur 09 juillet 2012 - 02:04 dans Multiplayer

Don't forget that most vanguards should be played more like adepts with a shielc recharge/detonation option rather than the human must-nova-everything approach to the class. The phoenix vanguard is probably the best example of that - you know, if you have it.

#11310366 What faction do you hate fighting against?

Posté par kamzor sur 06 juillet 2012 - 05:06 dans Multiplayer

Geth.
When your melee krogan gets glued to the floor in the middle of open terrain because he's stunned constantly, you know you're fighting a broken opponent.

I'm thinking a consensus has been reached.

#11234814 Weapons that Never See Play

Posté par kamzor sur 02 juillet 2012 - 02:38 dans Multiplayer

If you don't see them, maybe you should learn to play with them. Some are worth it and it is definitely much less boring to change your load-out up a bit.

Vindicator least I guess. I preferred it one a few caster classes for a while but it doesn't compare to the heavy pistols in damage or ease of use anymore. Practice makes perfect, but also makes for boring chars with the same load out in the end.

It's a fun gun most definitely.

#10623060 On what platform is this game that allows for only 1 action button?

Posté par kamzor sur 29 mai 2012 - 04:02 dans Multiplayer

Enhance in-game remapping. I have a 128 button QWERTY controller and most of those buttons are unused!

#10393644 Favourite NPCs that never got a come back

Posté par kamzor sur 15 mai 2012 - 02:35 dans Combat, Strategy, and Gameplay

Patriarch.

The Citadel, an uneasy Aria T'Loak in a high security environment would have made for a very amusing biotic fight between those two old enemies. And of course, he has stories to tell.

#2425229 Methods on destroying Reapers.

Posté par kamzor sur 28 avril 2010 - 06:58 dans General Discussion

In true Mass Effect Universal Style, probably make things worse.

geth x quarians + krogan x salarians + rachni x asari = worse.

Mash, mix and match into a single entity, insert Shepard for heroic effect.

Add a pinch of hero-death, lose control and powers-that-be that conveniently forget or ignore everything and start the vicious cycle again.

#2262606 Formal Wear best part of the DLC?

Posté par kamzor sur 14 avril 2010 - 10:19 dans General Discussion

Now to get male shepard in that dress...

Flashbang grenade, love it.

That and running around with the dark red armor I have preferred since the start, but now accesorised with Zaeed on one side and Kasumi on the other in similar colours.

#2215017 Is Shepard a Jesus allegory yet?

Posté par kamzor sur 11 avril 2010 - 10:40 dans Fan Creations

There had better be a carpenter coming up then, that would clinch it.

Then again you can heal the sick by waving your hand over them. From a bit of a distance to innocent bystanders that's pretty near to a miracle...

And then there were quitea few prophecising preachers at the time, remember the batarian anyone? Repent, the end is nigh!

#2214832 Please don't send us to New York in ME3

Posté par kamzor sur 11 avril 2010 - 10:23 dans Story, Campaign, and Characters

Well if it's Earth as in terra firma dirt between your toes er... well body-armored boot tips unless you are quarian, turian, krogan, hanar or whatever, and not the Moon, which I would have picked as it's obvious Alliance territory considering they have a weapons testing area there and has no real territorial claims in particular in the now.

Next best guess based on similar reasons. I'd go with either of the poles. Assuming it'll be a bit warmer by then that'd be alright. And if it's not it doesn't really matter. It'd be a decent enough training sight for early space. That and deserts of course. A site that would keep with the historical value, and humans are such sentimental creatures, and on earth yeah I'd pick a pole, probably the south for its landmass. Monumental buildings need monumental foundations...

Put team banter back... though not necessarily the elevators that went with it. There was wonderful banter all around the game - all the extras chatting along - but even a funeral is noisier than your team. And yeah in a bit of an echo to an earlier post, I'd pick that over getting rid of scanning :P

#1383966 "The Is my Favorite Shop on the Citadel."

Posté par kamzor sur 23 février 2010 - 07:25 dans Fan Creations

It's the favourite shop of that kind on the citadel - at least *some* of the shopkeeper dialogue indicates stuff like I'll be the only [gun, whatever] shop with that kind of endorsement . Simple, it's the only one of its kind you can visit on the Citadel, so it has to be your favourite by default.
