As a serious answer, I would tell them to play the standard human kits regularly. They have a greatly varied power set, nice dodge and their health/shields are at a good level for a combination of survivability while still needing to be alert. The kits will also teach them a lot about power combos that help with entry point weapons on higher difficulties

I feel you man, that rust was real. I only played 2 silvers and a gold before jumping on plat. Did the camera throw you off a little at first?

A little. The worst was how much I was sticking to cover and misjudging RHA.

Not sure of they are in here but I played my first game is many months and dropped into an ongoing platinum game with slick350. It was a good duo and the rust was real.

Focusing on abombs is a good strategy for collector solos given their high value toward the wave budget. Good to see people are still so passionate about soloing.

Any reason you're skipping lash?

As for weapons to try

Falcon with omni blade
Eagle with stunner
Scorpion is quite fun
Krysae can make for easy ammo combos

The usual talon and hurricane work well as they do on all kits. There isn't a kit in the game that isn't made more effective with those 2 weapons.

I would highly recommend trying out a build that mixes in lash with 4 in blade armor and 4 in passives. The ability to set up your own detonations makes the kit even more versatile and fun

Stabilization III provides a higher amount of stability that it states. A Stability Mod III and maxed Turian passives will give you 100% stability. Start there if you want to get a very easy entry point on the weapon. Just make sure and bring a pistol sidearm to help with any potential ammo difficulties.
