So... after the (at best) lukewarm reception of Suicide Squad DC fanboys have started a petition to the deman the closing of Rotten Tomatoes, because they keep giving bad reviews to the DC Cinematic Universe stuff and good ones to the Marvel movies. The claim is that the website is just byist and wants "nothing but the end of the DC CU".
Fun fact, Warner Brothers owns Rotten Tomatoes. Just in case you didn't already think the whole ordeal isn't retarded enough.

I was actually agreeing with most of the list. Then I remember that Watchmojo anime lists goes by rules of popularity rather than quality, and realized what's gonna be number one.
Literally yelled "f**k you" at the screen and turned the video off the second that damn b!tch they put ontop of the list started screaming.
I do kinda want to see again Black Lagoon now though.

Hmkay... so..
The Bad:
It's a miniseries, like 6 episodes long or so... how about making each ep at least 10 minutes long?
The framerate is very choppy, the crappy Transformers CG series from Japan of the early 2000s had more fluid animation;
The voice acting is very amateur-hour quality;
Just becase everyone but one character dies doesn't make it for an "adult and interesting plotline";
The Good:
Never thought I'd see Computron in anything animated again;
The character design is blatantly copy-pasted from the current comics and toyline... but I like the designs in said comics and toylines, so I'm fine with it.

Hmm... okay, so this is the Ghost Rider that will show up in Agents of SHIELD and become the canonical Marvel Cinematic Universe one. Not too bad. Jhonny Blaze and Zero Cochrane remain the best versions though.

I just realized that Nu Kong is pretty much the perfect size to ride Godzilla.
Kong riding Godzilla into battle against some epic monster like Ghidorah or Destoroyah MAKE IT HAPPEN!

We're in a world where Lego porn is a thing that exists (it's like regular porn, except people are drawn with Lego minifigures heads and are all yellow) so their canonical age wouldn't matter anyway lol

We're getting Bruticus?!?!?!
I wouldn't hold my breath. Like I said... he doesn't seem to have anything in common with any other version of Onslaught, and we've got already another Combacticon dead and buried since the first movie. But we'll see I guess.

From the set of Transformers 5:

Apparently, this is supposed to be the altmode of Onslaught. The leader of the Combacticons and torso of the giant badass combiner. Too bad it's supposed to be a military convoy, and that one of his teammates had been killed since the very first movie. So I doubt he's gonna have anything to do with the G1, Fall of Cybertron, or any other incarnation of the character.

Voted Anzu (the parrott-like dino in the top left) and Ankylosaurus. The first being an omnivore should have some unique gameplay, and the second, as a big fan or armored dinos is one of my personal favorite beasts =3

Well, pretty much all of Snyder movies had been dark themed, seriously dark. So, it's not surprising they did it with BvS. Then there is the fact that the movie was based on Dark Knight returns, which itself is pretty dark (excluding Superman ofc). Lastly, there was Nolan's recent Batman trilogy, which was hugely successful and dark. It was also made by same studio, which makes me think that they thought this darker theme would be good and was part of Nolan's Batman's success.
So, there were many factors affecting to this darker DCCU theme they seems to have going on now. And to be honest, it's not really this dark and glooming feel that's the real problem. Real issue with BvS was simply that Snyder, and seemingly Goyer, sucks at telling a story.
This newest Wonder Woman trailers is great example of this. I mean, WW movie seems to dark and glooming too, but not just for sake of being dark like BvS. There is reason for it in WW movie as it's setting on world war one era.
Still, it's rather safe to say by now that Snyder wasn't best director for BvS movie. In the hands of someone else, BvS could have been so much better.
You can do dark stuff, even with the silliest characters. I'm not against it.
But... you should NOT do a prequel to Justice League based on Dark Knight Returns and Death of Superman, just because you're a retard that only wants to cherrypick the stories with biggest amout of death and destruction in it. You do not get a director that think superheroes cannot have any meaningful conversation with their suits on because he pretty much dislike anything colorful and weird, to direct and coordinate the bulk of a superhero franchise. You do not apply the dark and gritty tone of Batman to every superhero ever because Batman is the only franchise that made you any good money in the last couple decades.

Well, if something like this do happen, you can't blame Snyder for it. It will be writers fault, if that do happen.
Speaking of writers, seems like they have got rid of David Goyer totally, as Chris Terrio had made screenplay alone. And I'm happy about this as Goyer sure didn't do all that good work in previous two movies.
Also, to make it clear, I have zero hope for Snyder doing good job.
But I would like to think that right now Snyder isn't actually running the show. What happened with BvS was mainly his fault (thought seems like Goyer paid the highest price here) and everyone knows it. Because of this, I think Snyder will either willingly and be forced to listen others in his team, which gives me hope for this movie. It could be even that Snyder is just a director in name only, which seems even likely so far.
After all, even Wonder Woman movie looked colorless in times and used greyer color options in many cases. That's not even mentioning upcoming Suicide Squad, which too seem to use darker color themes. Now, two other DC movies, which had nothing to do with Snyder, seems to indicate that darker themes ain't just a Snyder thing. But a general theme, approved by studio.
Goyer did write the final screenplay, but always with the director and producers keeping an eye on him and having the last word on the core of the story. And Snyder himself is one of the coordinators and producers of the whole DC Cinematic Universe, thought now they've got some actual comic book writers and artists also to oversee things better.
So it's safe to say that Snyder, Goyer and whoever else thought that making the DCCU a dark, glooming and Bat-centric thing, would deserve to be blamed in equal measure.

Not surprising their doing the Judas Contract. Justice League vs Teen Titans had that after credits teaser for it. More Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, Blue Beatle, Cyborg, and Nightwing? Hell yeah! Of course, that little sh*t Damian is going to be back. F**k. And they already killed off Deathstroke--after making him utterly pathetic to rub salt on the wound-- in this continuity, so who's going to be the bad guy?
Maybe they can get Ravager. Or have the League of Assassins get involved.

Knowing Snyder, I'm betting Loise Lane gets accidentally killed during the movie, and the newly resurrected Superman after disposing of Steppenwolf in an outburst of rage ends up blaming the JLA for her death and joins Darkseid, ending the movie on a cliffhanger and fullfilling that oh so subtle and clever dream/vision/foreshadowing that was laid about him becoming evil and Loise being the "key".

About Kong... it's looks very very awesome. The tone matches the one of Godzilla 2014 but still feels like it has some personality of his own, and the world building stuff is there already, as they never talk only about Kong but of ancient monsters that predates humanity in general. And the big ape itself looks flipping badass.
JLA... it's exactly how I expected it to be. They put some jokes and some fancy music in the trailer, but if you take a closer look you see all the Snyder tropes are still in place. Most of the scenes are in grey or desaturated colors, nobody has a meaningful conversation with their costumes on, and it already feels like Batman and His Amazing Friends. Also how cute... not even a tease about Superman, for those 3 people that really think he's not coming back lol

Especially with Snyder still being one of the people in charge... it's probably gonna be like with the new TMNT movies... Michael Bay didn't direct them, but being a major producers they have his stink all over them.
