Yeah, I think the person who made it was likely referring to DA2, or maybe both, or who knows. I frankly think he was smokin' in DA2, and I'm pretty fond of Original Recipe as well. But the hipster-ness of it tickles me nonetheless.

DA2 Cullen for me was sooooooo incredibly sexy. My female Templar Hawke is still pissed she couldn't jump on Cullen and ride him into the afterlife...DA:I is hot too, but not in the same way the DA2 was for me. Of course DA2 was the first DA game I played, so maybe that is some of it. All I know is I still want to bite and nibble my way all over him whenever I play DA2....yummy!

so  it has been awhile, so hello...I have been busy writing on Ao3 and wanted to share the latest picture of Cullen (getting out of the shower, but is only waist up shot,lol) for one of the stories I am working on.

I have xbox one and all I get it it is unavailable to even download to see if it is junk or not....xbox360, no problem, downloaded fine, xbox one, nope...I suddenly feel like the twilight zone and everything is backwards with DLC's, oh wait that's not a dream, since the last DLC was for xbox one and 360 was screwed...sad, so dang sad...

Anyone have somewhere that has a summary of the books? I only read the one with Maric, Rowan and Loghain, but not Asunder or any others. I don't know if I really want to take the time to read them, but would like to know what is in them since there are some references in the game to them.

I have thought about this a lot in the 7 games I have completed and view it as that while Cullen has totally lost respect in the Chantry he is still a firm believer of the Maker and Andraste. He could very much believe you are the Herald and still feel the Chantry is worthless. I view it as many people whom are Christian and devote to the Bible as well, but since there are 100's of various churches and some teach some radical views from the next, you could say "to the void" with them and still be devote. So I really don't have an issue with the neg chantry pos herald line of thinking.

You sort of see one spot on his change on your title in the romance when at the end, Mia's letter to him mentions your character by first name and she comments about it and says: <insert lady name> not the Herald, Inquisitor and so forth anymore? He responds by telling her to stop prying and he will write more later.

What's everyone's opinions regarding the templar/mage choice during Cullen's romance? It's annoying because there's good stuff in each, I really wish they expanded on this choice but ah well. The Mage side was the weaker quest-line IMO but gave you a Cullen specific side mission afterwards. I loved the Envy demon and how you meet cole but you miss out on more Cullen content if you pick the Templar side.

 

Still can't make my mind up, I'm gonna play my mage again but I'm gonna tweak my choices next time. She believes that there needs to be some sort of circle system in place but agrees it needs to be a better place for mages.

My cannon is to choose the Mages. The way I see it is, if the Mages from the circle are all there, then there would be children (some could be very young even toddler) and elders and such right along with them. When my Quizzy sees all these children and knows they are in the hands of a Magister, she/he can not walk away. To do so would be monstrous.

I love the Templar one and I really like how Cole is a part of it too. Playing through it once helped me like Cole's character as previously to that I didn't care for him. I like at the end when you find out many Templars follow Cullen's lead and stop the lyrium too, but I just can't do it.

While I am not one of those who blur the line between real world and game world, I think my background influences this. I worked in law enforcement and with kids in the schools, domestic violence and as a guardian ad litem too and I saw way to many kids who were to small to get away from people hurting them, some of what I saw made me almost hate the human race for a long time and took me a bit to get back to normal me. Anyway, I think because of all that is why I always cannon as mentioned above.

Anyway, thats my reasoning on why I always choose that.

Of course having more convo's with Cullen and actually I do like the Samson quest better...*talk to Cullen more* and it seems just a better and more interesting...*Cullen* and oh who am I kidding, you get to talk more to him more and actually get him in one mission too....*oooo Cullen* besides ask Varric, its the one reason we are all playing the game right???

WOW, I totally loved the merged ones and seeing how close you made her look like you (Minus scaring of course). They were a bit freaking but are cool overall.

Been playing with my Cullen warrior in GW2 some more. Can't do a new DAI playthrough b/c my laptop's too cluttered to run it nicely so this is how I've been getting my cully-fill
