Did you upgrade to IE10 recently? There is a bug, where it doesn't remember site info and you have to log in to mundane sites, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I gave up and switched to FireFox (Chrome is too invasive for my tastes, plus it doesn't do hardware acceleration).

If none of the above, I don't know.

like my gamer tag that is connected, i think my game is registered and this account has been made for over a year. but whenever i click on N7 HQ it says that i dont meet the requirements
