Seriously hated how depending on my class (either Behtany/Carver survive), also hate how much we were forced to feel sorry over one of their death, even worst how we were forced to feel sorry and broken over death of that horrible mother of theirs.

I don't want Ryder's family to end up being some sort of fodder for "tragedy" in here.

I hope they are your twin.  So whoever you make in the character creator they will look the same.  Then there will be a falling out.  And then the storyline will be about who the real Ryder is and who everyone should be fallowing.

Wondering will we have two protagonist case?

Or two factions case (Good and "Evil" one)? With one sibling being on peaceful/Good side, while other one being on opposite one and we get to chose in CC which sibling and as such side we will be?

In both cases, it would seem then BW went with my mere and humble suggestions....fuuuuuck!

I agree. I'd rather just have a full set name. Probably an unpopular opinion, since a lot of people put a lot of importance on a name. I really just see it as a reference point for an individual.

 

Thinking on it, it would be odd for Ryder's family to never call them by their given name. Especially his/her parents... since they're the ones to give it. I wonder how they'll get around it.

I don;t know, it would seriously be hella funny and stupid if our own family in here called us "Ryder".

However I imagine if first name is left out(as per usual) that at least in family case we will be handled in DA2 case of our bro/sis calling as "sister/brother" and parents "son/daughter/darling and etc". Both is fine in my books, as long as "Ryder" seriously isn't name that our family member/s will use as well. Like I said, would be hella dumb if they did.

Of course Ryder won't be just called Ryder. Parents will call him/her son/daughter, siblings bro/sis, squadmates boss/buddy/dude, love interest babe....

Anyway, like I said in my own thread regarding this matter, if it were to happen it could be handled so either only our companions or our family perhaps is one that mentions it, if not, then only Ryder in that case.

I guess or our character parents could be not dicks and give us real name.

I would also rather as well have more dialogue options over this.

Not scenario in where I point my gun at BW and make them waste their resources on my suggestion. This is just as "if" and as such point of it is "if it were to happen" and "if" again, how should be handled and suggestion of possible name list. Nothing else 

Ok but what happen if your name isn't on the list and then is not recorded ? you have a blank ? "hey ______ ryder !"

Our last name only pretty much then.

First name would be only mentioned if it is on recorded list of names, if it is then our companions/family should use our first name instead. Simple.

I think it would be nice to see this as we have a new protagonist be decent if there was a cache of names that could be registered so that there is a sense of individuality to the character, although they will probably just go the same route as DAI and call the character Ryder or the pathfinder... which would really just be cheap on Biowares part 

I mentioned at least our companions or that family our protagonist will have, to at least have them use our first name.

I mean common. It is stupid when your friends, family and lover call you either by last name or your title in here.

I'm not sure if I'd actually prefer a set first name to the existing 'Shepard/Warden/Hawke/Inquisitor' status-quo, but I know I'm not terribly interested in the idea of a FO4-style system--it'd just be too resource-intensive to do right.

FO4 was just to serve as plain example of it.

Having around perhaps 100 names(50 male and 50 female ones for example) recorded or so in where at least our companions or some of them (or family it was mentioned) recognize our first name in here.

Edit: Also feel free to suggest which names would you like recorded if it were to happen. Personally I would like John and Jane as tribute to Shepard in here

That "none-krogan" looks more krogan to me then supposed asari who doesn't look much like asari.
