so last game(inquisition) biower did some uncool things. canceling future dlc for the xbox 360 and ps3. apparently the old consoles were not powerful enough.
now the same is gonna happen. the xbox one and ps4 are going to be less powerful than the neo and scorpio.
will they cancel dlc for andromeda when the xbox one basic cant keep up?

This is going to show off my naivete of big business and corporate PR, but I will always hold any developer who agrees to an interview fully accountable for what they state in that interview. If they are doing their job right, they should be prepared and hopefully anticipate all questions and have a good response ready. They should not promise things in a game which is not 100% certain to be present at launch, if ever, and they should not exaggerate features that require generous interpretation to be truthful. And when someone outright lies in an interview, I'm going to hold them accountable for the viral nature of the Internet and social media. A game developer who blames the collective memory of their fanbase for something they said in an interview doesn't deserve pity.

I've done that. A game you're really looking forward to is coming out and you work full-time(or longer) so you take a week off to play it. People have lives. You can't always fit an epic RPG into your schedule without taking some time off.

Of everything we've seen you are not even a little amazed by the leaks, trailer, tweets,etc. Maybe I am being hypocritical but for the right reasons. I have no reason to expect a crap game. Sure ME 3 ending was controversial and maybe the game was a bit rushed but it was a very decent game and despite the controversy it was still a success and a great game. Now they have more time, resources, the best minds behind it. I'm not letting a little mistake taint my opinion of a series that I care about. Sure people didn't really like dragon age but it's not mass effect. I like how this game is turning out and I look forward to Playing it. I have yet to be disappointed. This isn't 2007 anymore. Would X-Men be a better parallel?

Mass Effect 1 - X-Men (2000) - good.
Mass Effect 2 - X2 (2003) - also good.
Mass Effect 3 - X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) - ended poorly.
Mass Effect Andromeda - X-Men: First Class (2011) - sort of a reboot but not quite.

Looks great so far. But we'll see.
