It is seriously starting to wear on me - sheesh. I had to explain the same s--- to around five different people over the last two weeks. I'm not your writing mentor, authors. Why do I have to indirectly attempt to teach you people about writing and punctuation when all I'm supposed to be doing is formatting your books???? I'm strictly supposed to be doing DESIGN work, not unpaid editing/teaching.

And what's also grinding my gears today is the idiot who couldn't enter "Part One" at the beginning of Part One. I SHOULD NOT FIND OUT 62 PAGES INTO YOUR MANUSCRIPT THAT YOU HAVE A "PART TWO" LISTED. What idiot DOESN'T enter Chapter 1 at the beginning of the first chapter (or Part One at the beginning of Part One in this case)? Also, his formatting was atrocious; I had to yank every single blank line in the book because he screwed up so horribly.

Its hard not to discuss how awesome the Agent line is without spoiling it. And I suspect many who do play one miss how good it is by just skipping through the storyline picking choices purely based on LS/DS and not mining the possibilities. It honestly takes multiple playthroughs to realize how many options it has compared to every other class.

@jack: Oh, a talz - just googled him. As far as companions who like to kill...at least I kind of like Khem Vhal. On the plus side, I guess the expansion means you won't have to re-recruit Broonmark. Skadge will also be on my future do-not-recruit list (I'd better get Doc back, though!!!).

Personally, I would further improve the revision by deleting "wine." It's unnecessary because most reasonably intelligent people know that port is generally a dessert wine.

The author is inadvertently using the British style instead of the American style - mainly because he's bad at punctuation. The author is from the U.S. and is writing a story that appears to mainly be set in the U.S. (kind of). I'm pretty sure that he's not even aware that there's a British style.

Oh, AND he has some random subheading in Bradley Hand ITC - this is on top of the already bad combination of fonts that I mentioned above. *HEADDESK* Whatever, it's an enhanced interior that the author paid for, so he got to choose everything. I sometimes think the template designer ought to maybe try to talk some sense into these loons.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: I checked the back cover, and A) the author claims to be a ghost writer of screenplays and B) says this steaming pile of crap that he wrote is soon to be a major motion picture screenplay. WHO THE F--- WOULD BE WILLING TO ACT IN A MOVIE BASED ON A STORY THAT'S SO F---ING STUPID?!

@spork: Yeah, I just...ugh. And apparently it's a racist white KKK dude who gets a black man's d--- transplanted because...it's funny? Unfortunately, this novel is apparently NOT supposed to be satirical, and it's not particularly funny. The genre clearly says "Thriller" on the back cover (I went and checked). It was so, so, SO stupid - like some sort of really BAD version of a Robin Cook medical thriller.

Well, dang it - that work thing is taking longer than expected today. :P I had to go redo a bunch of PDFs because the Distiller default setting was set to the wrong thing (should have been on PDF/X-1a:2001 *sigh*) when running the PS files to create the final PDFs.

I hope they finish patching early - lol. I guess I can resume playing TLoU if it's not up at some point tomorrow. The only reason I haven't actually finished TLoU (got the remastered version free w/my PS4) is because my friend insisted on streaming it for me a while back. He did it because he believed I would never actually get around to setting up my PS4 in this lifetime (I DID eventually - hence my actually beating Bloodborne!).
