Watching the new Luther special. <3 Idrid Elba as per usual! Also heard he's a frontrunner as Roland in The Dark Tower - one of my friends does payroll stuff, and his company is apparently starting to do preliminary work for the production (no, he did NOT see anything about them paying Idris Elba gobs of money or anything like that).

I'm not sure that my attempt at diagramming his error out really helped illustrate the problem, but the point is that there were a lot of incorrect blank lines and a bunch of text stuffed in where it didn't belong in at least three edits.

You know how Joel tortures two of those horrible, horrible evil cannibals in The Last of Us? Sometimes I want to do that - but I apparently have WAY more self-control than Joel does. DISCLAIMER: I do not go around torturing cannibals or bad authors (but hey, if there's ever a zombie apocalypse, all bets are off as far as cannibals go :P ).

It's cool but rather large and expensive. :P Maybe I've done enough just by buying him FO4 for Father's Day (pre-ordered and gifted it on Steam), not to mention throwing in MGSV. Maybe a better idea is to buy him a PC-compatible controller for MGSV so that he can finish the game. I think it's to the point where he might be hampered by the mouse/keyboard combo.

Kind of reading it, and it kind of seems like a bunch of random stream-of-consciousness stuff thrown together. I think the organization is extremely poor and that whatever points exist aren't being made particularly well. Whatever, I just need to make it look okay visually at the new page size, not get the author to do a total rewrite to make his book suck less.

Honestly, why are the preservation of embryos via liquid nitrogen and Rama's birth even being talked about in the same paragraph? The author's "point" was something about how it means the timing of Rama's birth (or his gestation or something) was irrelevant. *sighs@weird religious crap for umpteenth time*

I actually DID read the Ramayana a long time ago in school - although I don't remember terribly much about it (other than the fact that Rama was involved in a series of interesting escapades/adventures).
