lol finally got around to fixing FOV in ME3. It takes a bit of getting used to and it's really weird watching your character turn around if you spin too quickly, but on the (dubious) positive side it looks way more like I'm hacking, which means montage mode engage.

I'd suggest splitting the workload into small parts, even if it stretches over 3 or 4 months, so this way you don't feel too much "pressure" (lol) to get good stuff. Plus you stay in the zone if you play a bunch of BW matches every day then cut the best clips.
