Hm... I like it if taken as understanding being knowledgeable in an area to the fullest extent possible. There is a joy in that. I feel less confident about it when applied to people. Relating to and empathizing with others can bring with it great joy, but also terrible agony. Although that bitter pill can be in and of itself a joy, I suppose. Eh... I'm terrible at interpreting this sort of thing. :p

The companions are worlds better than the "new" ones we got from ME3. An old character given a ****** sexbot form, and whatever the heck Vega was. o.O The only companions that bummed me out were Sera, and maybe Cole? I wouldn't be surprised to see DLC characters pop up, they did the same for previous Dragon Ages so ¯\(°_o)/¯

I really like Sera more than I expected to. Its like having Harley Quinn or Nora Valkyrie in my group. But she's not at all romantically compatable with my Qunari Swashbuckler main. I'm planning a second run with someone better suited for her romance.
