I stumbled into it by accident, but it's fun. You can still kill a ton of enemies, but just not everybody.
And most of the non-lethal punishments for the people who framed Corvo are extremely brutal, so it's well worth it.

I'll probably wait to go on media blackout until DA:I launches. Won't pull myself out of it until after my 3rd playthrough since I don't want to be spoiled on whether Bethany shows up in it or not.

... really, that's the only thing I don't want to be spoiled. If I get spoiled on it, regardless of whether she does show up or not, I will be very mad. :/

Actually yes... it's now a tanking spec according to the description.
That took me by surprise too... most of the old Champion talents are in Battlemaster and Vanguard.

be aware, you need to do the powder gangers quest at the prison near the beginning if you want the NCR to take them out. so be very careful in the beginning
