Oh no, I'm not a very satisfying person to stab. Beyond attending to the bleeding, I tend to ignore superficial wounds. I don't cry, and I sure don't scream, not even the one time I broke my arm. My reactions, in general, aren't what you'd expect from most people.
Plus, some of my most disgusting habits tend to surface whenever I have some kind of sore on my skin.

Try Neverwinter instead. Much prettier. Plus, most pay-gates can be circumvented, given time.
If I recall, off the top of my head, the only races you can't play straight off the bat, without paying real money, is Moon Elf and "Renegade" Drow (which is a very transparent "here, you can play Drizzt" thing, because the only differences from the other Drow race, available to all, are both superficial and minor(yes, I kid you not; two Drow races)).
