Okay, so this turmeric/black pepper/ginger all-cure of yours. Is there any particular reason for brewing it in a cup of hot water, or is that just your personal preference? Will I turn into a toad if I just stir it into milk?

Pretty much. Though with my Dad gone I don't have a whole lot of emotional investment in the relationship anymore anyway, so it doesn't bother me as much as it might.
