My grandmother is out now, actually, and back at the home now. She's kind of...okay, she's *seriously* confused, but otherwise in pretty good health all things considered.

My grandmother is out of the hospital and her colonoscopy came back fine (or some value of fine). My Granny on the other hand is going downhill fast with congestive heart failure and a host of other problems and frankly I will be surprised if she lives another week.

Got through the ENTIRE day at 40 degrees, with a bright blue sky full of puffy white clouds. And then an hour ago all hell broke loose and it graupeled for two hours!

Mixed feelings here. Granny's old and frail and has been visibly declining for a while. I'd be more sad about it if she hadn't been a right ass*hole to my mother all her life. Right now my biggest feeling is that Granny is determined to be as much of a burden on her family as possible on her way out, like her final f*ck you to the world. Given that I just heard Gary is going to have to have surgery on his ankle, that appears to be the way things are shaping up.
