No, but it will most likely be busy as its a national holiday and since the 4th is a Friday most people will most likely take a vacation over the weekend.

I thought about getting it for the 360 to persist "my story", but I really want those shiny new graphics. Plus, it sounds like they're adding some elaborate mechanism for capturing all (or at least some) of the decisions you made in the previous games.
