Computer is sitting in pieces. Seems it needs another part for the motherboard that no one bothered to mention. *sigh* On the laptop for now.

Yes, I do, but it won't in any way run DA:I. I bought it 2 years ago thinking it would be able to handle games, but alas, it won't even run the ME trilogy.

^^So the new graphics card was not for the laptop^^? I'm going to install Win 7 64bit once these mods are finished. Upgrade to a bigger graphics card and see if I can double my RAM.

Oh no, definitely not for the laptop! It's for the computer I got about 1 1/2 years ago. After this motherboard upgrade, about the only original part will be the hard drive. :D

I thought I would be too, and then the DH said get one. :D I was rather surprised I could get one for around $300. Still a lot, I know, but much cheaper than some of the ones I'd seen.

I really enjoy Skyrim! It has a lot more atmosphere than Oblivion, I find. I made a Siamese Khajiit who looks like my cat Chester, hehe :D

Good news... there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my DA:OUE disc - it started up just fine on my laptop. Bad new... that means a clean install on my pc... *sobs*
