Me neither. I totally feel for them, especially as some people are going straight to worst case scenarios instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. The only people I feel for are the ones who booked time off in October to play the game and can't change it.

What's funny to me is that it's the men in my life that like "causal games." My dad is the one that loves Pop Cap games and the like; my husband is one of the more serious Candy Crush players I've met.

Also, I will say that here in Norway, for all our egalitarian ways, that brand of sexism is still viewed widely as acceptable male behaviour(by males), based at least on my own observations. Which may or may not be representative.

I'm in the US, so that doesn't work here. That kind of behavior isn't acceptable at all here and I'm still shaking my head after hearing that. Again, hence the sarcasm. If I was being seriously, I would have said, "Today I lost brain cells trying to rationalize how that's ever okay especially in most of Western culture," along with the rest. It wouldn't have fit, so I choose sarcasm.

I suppose in the US it can vary widely depending on location what is acceptable and not socially. In Norway, being a significantly smaller country, not quite so much, outside of the larger cities that you can count on one hand. Make no mistake, sexual harassment is punishable by law, along with harassment based on sexuality, but not all of it is recognised(as being sexist), especially not in conversations between men.
