I keep going back and forth, plus the new female dwarf model angers me a bit. Plus I want to try something new and the female Tal-Vashoth looks cool and seems interesting. I want to play a race that is not so influenced by religion, so theres that also.

Sounds good. The qunari have a nice, neutral background, and it should be a unique experience to see Thedas from their perspective.
If you change your mind later, I hope you have fun with whatever you wind up going with...
