Civil war, to me showed more of why each person choose either rogers or stark's side. The film felt more personal and to me as a result less corny as there was no main villain for them to all fight against, unlike the avengers which always had a villain that tried to do planet scale destruction, but have little to no casualties in the process. Guardians was my favorite but this is right up there, to me.

Maybe but I felt like the villain was a convenient plot device just to have an all avenger fight night among the heroes. Scarlet witch, arrow guy and ant man really didn't seem like they cared or knew about what was happening. And I hated the fact that Capn A was a humongous self righteous dick when his logic is just silly. Black widow felt like another useless addition, same with Vision and Black panther was very underutilized. I'll admit, the fights were well done even though it was...

Yeah. Ukraine wasn't my favourite, gotta say. I really wanted Australia to win, but I also liked Bulgaria, because she was clearly a sci-fi larper, and France was pretty okay as well. I liked Belgium's energy, but I don't think it was a strong enough performance to win. Belgium's lead was great, the song just didn't live up to her knees. We were surprisingly okay. For some reason I suggested multiple images as a duration drink, then it became post effects, then Georgia happened, vision is still swimming.
