Agreed, have to take each game for what it is...I think, if W3 had been first, we'd have seen a MUCH better DA:I in some respects. Still not worth coming to BioWare and starting sh*t over imho..

Back to the excessive adverbs: the general rule is that your dialogue tags should mostly be completely invisible. It's fine to use adverbs occasionally for spice and all that, but you REALLY don't want to throw in a ridiculous number of adverbs on the same page. And this part is actual writing advice. :P
