Try something you enjoy doing, but make it productive.
For example, learn HTML or CSS and create a website or two if you like the idea of web design. Write, if you enjoy reading. Or something else.
FWIW, I'm 24 and have done jack with my life. We've all got our own issues and crosses to bear, but you are literally in Year 10. Don't let it get to you, you have your whole life ahead of you.

Click on your username in the upper right, when the tab opens you should see a link for "Manage Ignore Prefs." Click on that and you should be able to type their name right in and then also block PMs if you want.
