Have you tried changing the sheets on your bed? Perhaps that will help you get some sleep for a couple of days.

Yep. Not helping at all. What I meant by discomfort is that with my back issues no matter how I try to sleep I am never comfortable, which is likely why I kept waking up the one time I did manage to fall asleep for the " hours."
