I have to use word while writing technical specs in construction documents. I'm definitely not a power user, but usually end up dealing with very complicated documents in which the formatting gets screwed up and so as a non-power-user I get lost in microsoft UI hell looking for the one check box I need to adjust something. Its like finding a needle in a hay stack most of the time. I was pulling my hair out yesterday.
