Although I agree with the Polygon review on it being rather messy, particularly with the multiple reveals, etc.

It's not that I personally minded all the twists, but I do think it was overdone to the point that it might start making other people roll their eyes over the repeated shifting between...hmm, spoilers - probably shouldn't be more specific. But per what I said prior to editing this, the sign-language sequence was so funny that I could forgive any flaws! :P

The real trick is the baking itself. Gluten free can be tricky on its own. Trying to bake it properly at 5280ft and still have a good texture is a fun challenge for me. :)
