Here's an interesting idea. If you were recast into Metal Gear Solid V as the motion capture actress for Quiet, that scene where she bites the guy's ear off would have had to have been replaced with a scene where she fiercely bites his ankle instead.

the idea of me being able to stay "quiet" for more than 5 minutes at a time is so patently absurd there is no way i would have made it that far

MGSV with me cast as quiet would have been about a 10 hour game because in my first appearance i'd get a box dropped on my head and start screaming "U FUCKIN WOT M8WHAT KIND OF MANNERS DID YOUR PARENTS TEACH YOU" at the Boss

Well, the genre SAID "Romance" in the database. This is actually more like a bad porn video in text form - and yes, one of the characters talks about buying a boat/yacht to reward themselves for, uh, good business? Whatever - it's not helping that the writing, punctuation, grammar, dialogue, and sex scenes are all bad.

@puddi: Yeah, it's self-publishing, and my company will let anyone who pays for a package take their shot, even if their manuscript is a complete POS. If I were an editor at a mainstream publishing firm, maybe 75% of the crap that I get would be thrown onto a slush pile and would summarily be ignored by me for the rest of my life. Did I mention that this guy's serial-killing ghost/boogeyman is named "Flannel Man"? This is supposed to be a horror novel. *sigh*

Hehe. I still need my wireless relay/booster to come in. The signal from the modem in the living room doesn't reach my bedroom, so I pretty much haven't been able to even build a FOB yet. Of course, even when I get the booster, there's no actual guarantee that the PSN won't be flaky - lol.

I actually almost beat Sahelanthropus on my first try after lots of panicky running around, plus panicky fail driving in a tank (and that APC with the missiles). I ultimately resorted to my machine gun, but I almost thought I was going to break my left stick - lol. I was freaking out, so I kind of kept pressing really hard on the left stick while desperately trying to avoid getting hit by everything.
