Gentleman always carries all the packages, even with one arm ;).
Well, I tore my left bicep in the gym about 1,5 years ago and now the right one at work. It seems my years of power lifting have weakened my muscles (besides making me stronger). Who would have thought? :D

Well, you can't tear 'em if you never use 'em, right? I'm embarrassed to say how I hurt my shoulder: I was making a lot of bread at the time (the kind you eat, not the kind you spend). I no longer scoff at appliances.
