I wouldn't call it as bad as DA2, and the plot seems engaging from what I've played.
I'd probably wait until it gets at least $40 though. Not as good as Origins and too much filler in it.

Currently exploring Emprise du Lion. Level 18 but still finding the red templars here a bit of a challenge. Finally killed my first dragon in the Hinterlands in this play session. Also finished just about everything else in the Hinterlands except for one quest dealing with Felandaris. Finding the elven boat near the dragon's lair was a bit disappointing, because it looks like there are only loot drops here. This boat, for now, leads to nowhere. Maybe in time we will get to go somewh...
