Okay, to explain I just formatted an astonishingly bad manuscript that has already caused me a lot of extra work, so I was already pretty annoyed before even looking at this. Now I'm dealing with some doofus who thinks that six pages of text messages make for interesting reading - along with his totally random poems. *headdesk*
