Anyone played Divinity: Original Sin and felt like it was an isometric combat demo with a boring story?

lol - considering that I've been hearing that it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, I thought there was a bit more to it story-wise. Hafen't played it but have thought about getting it to see what the fuss is all about (people have made the combat sound interesting).

Combat is very fun. It is turn based but very well made, especially the cute ice elemental but it got boring fast because there was nothing else in the game.

I acctually thin Alexander is a decent fighter. He just doesnt have much power, Still with Khans chin I wouldnt be surprised he dropped him :P I cant believe Khan spent 20k on boxing shorts...Maybe he wants the whole world to see himself get knocked out in style

Yeah dont know if you saw the story on BBC sport. He's got 24 carrot gold in his shorts. They estimate to be worth between 20-30k. Basically he's trying to act like Mayweather but has none of the skills to back it up

Finally finished first PT of DAI! I LOVED IT! Only downsides off the top of my head: 1. Final mission is lackluster compared to previous story missions. 2. I regretted romancing Blackwall, should have gone for Cullen instead ;P. Started a male qunari for an evil playthrough already, woo~
