Okay, so I found my first true "dungeon" if you want to call it that, based on the locale. It's in the Hinterlands, and it's called Valammar. Probably part of the Deep Roads.

I ran into another hiccup here. Get to "The Chasm," go up the stairs...make a right, go up more stairs, take a left. There's a small alcove in the back with a Drakestone and a letter or something that says "Take." I "Took" but nothing came up on my screen. Item disappeared but no recognition or idea what it was. Maybe the lore on the Deep Roads?
