Tumblr is starting to scare me...I followed a bunch of different folk and at first it was all WHEEE look at the pretty things and then...last night...it wasn't even a full moon, but...Tumblr got really strange and squikie and now I'm wondering how often this happens, do I need to stop following people and quietly back away...

You might want to look into getting the Xkit extension/addon for Tumblr. It's a browser addon that installs onto your dashboard with extra and expanded tumblr options that are helpful. You can also blacklist tags so certain posts tagged with, say, "porn" don't show up on your dash. It omits them.

Hee! Welcome! *snuggas* It only took me a year to know about and get Xkit, myself. :P I'm still not even fully used to using tumblr.
