Also, having just attempted to watch some of the American dub of sailor Moon, in N2's defense, I had forgotten how truly horrible the dub was. Not just the voices, but the way they actually changed things to make characters into total brats. *gags*

I've heard how horrible the American dub is. People around here complain about giving a male character a female voice to avoid confusion, and slightly switching sentences to be a little less harsh. Yet they agree on it being totally bearable and not taking away from the characters or story, and that we had it so much better than the American audience.

Just finished watching episode 78, where (almost) everyone is ill. Probably one of my favourites so far.

I know the feeling. Not quite sure what to make of the place. It's like going away for a while, coming back and finding your favourite watering-hole is now a parking lot.

I've found that if you just wade right in, it isn't bad. It's just a bit different because now that we all pulled back there is a new group of forum regulars and they will likely see us as the new people.
