Liquid cooling isn't too bad (I got a Corsair H100i to OC my i5 3570k a few months ago, and assembly was quite straightforward). You might put together the basic components beforehand, then take a look at the cooling. That might help.

Also, this is your first build? Impressive, and good for you.

Not MMOs. Every time I've tried, I've found myself forced out by the social pressure. I just couldn't take the interaction.

EVE, though, did a better job than most at letting me play entirely by myself.
