I seem to be going backwards through comments today, so I saw the thing about the crumpets first - lol. Sounds like you're having a good day in terms of baked goods, etc. I actually had two chocolate chip cookies for breakfast today, haha! My dad said he used a Jacques Torres recipe, and they were pretty delicious!
