    Yes, the headache passed after I had my dose of coffee. But I do wonder why these morning headaches keep occurring in the first place.

    Did you not have caffeine last night? If your body is used to only having a certain time period between "doses" and you skipped our afternoon tea/soda/coffee then there is your culprit.

    I never take caffeine in the evenings - couldn't sleep then. Two cups before noon and that's that for me.
