and the third author is resulting in more headdesking...why is she calling this "new" book Volume 2 when it's EXACTLY the same as her first book????

  There are some pictures that she added, but yo, if Chapters 1-14 are EXACTLY THE SAME, you cannot call it a sequel or Volume 2 as far as I'm concerned.

  I pointed out in my e-mail after I finished formatting it that the author MIGHT want to rethink that subtitle. Geez, it's not that hard to use the words "Revised Edition" or something to that effect. :P
