He used to be my favorite Food Network guy during his Good Eats days. I don't like him so much anymore. He's gotten mean.

Well, he has gotten crankier, but when you're being a judge on certain shows, I guess you can't exactly be light and fluffy and give everyone a pass (like, say, Paula Abdul might). I do miss the puppets.
