It doesn't matter how long OR short a manuscript is, I hold authors to certain standards - and I REALLY expect to see some f---ing chapter numbers at minimum. If I seem inordinately angry about chapter numbers, it's because I've already had so much author-related stupidity to deal with in one week that I've pretty much hit my weekly limit. By the way, she's a repeat author, and this is her third title - she has no excuse for something this stupid.

Well, calculus is admittedly hard - anything below that should be doable for anyone, even me with my non-math brain (which is still capable of doing algebra, tyvm).
