says in other news about stupid authors: I have a stupid author who handed his manuscript off to a stupid friend for "editing" and didn't review it! Turns out the stupid friend incorrectly changed six pages of Chapter 9 which now need to be replaced.

I hate stupid people, and I hate you now. Thanks for the great start to my Monday wherein I now have to agree to doing this as an edit and slapping your stupid future replacement chapter in!!!!!!!!!! And yes, I'm kind of punishing him by demanding that he send a COMPLETE revised version of Chapter 9 and not just the six stupid pages that got messed up.

I could have maybe punished him further by insisting that he submit a revised manuscript and that he'd have to reblock, but that would have inevitably led to more headaches for me. I certainly don't trust him after this astonishing display of his complete lack of foresight and common sense. *flips author the bird because she is in a vile mood now*
